My elderly mom’s ac went out as I was headed out of town. They responded quickly and got the unit operating well again keeping me updated as they went along.
Service doesn't get any better than with Freeman Heat & Air. Within an hour, their on call technician, Colton, was at our home and had the part we needed. Within minutes, he had the air working again.
I called at 8 am and they came out the same day. Patrick was courteous and professional. He explained everything he had done. He fixed the unit within half an hour. I would highly recommend Freeman Heat & Air!
Unit is only a little over a year old so the part was covered by warranty but I was without cool air for 2 days after contacting them and still charged me over $300 for 15 mins of work. Little high I think.
