Went to turn the heat on for the first time this season and guess what it didn’t come on. I called Freeman after you were recommended by our builder. You all came the next day and had to order a part it came the next day. You came out that day and installed it and we have heat. The guy was super polite and did a great job.

Our old HVAC unit had completely gone out and we got ahold of Freeman Heat and Air for a new one. They were quick to figure out what we needed and were able to install it in a timely manner. The reason for the 3 stars is due to a couple of things. The techs who came to our house left quite a few nails scattered across our driveway, luckily my wife realized it and we got all of them before one of our kids or tire got it first.
