I purchased two hearing aids from this provider. I was given the option of a 30 day free trial on some very expensive hearing aids. I was told that if I did not purchase any hearing aids from them, there would be a $599 non-refundable fee. I would not have agreed to the non-refundable fee, but the audiologist assured me that the fee would go toward any other hearing aid as long as I purchased from him.
