The medical staff is awesome and they really care about the patient making sure that I had the right kind of care that I needed! They offer the MAT program without judgement and case mngt is great. The doctor's make sure we're taken care of and they truly care about us, I used to hate going to the doctor and now I look forward to seeing them! If you're sick of addiction you should try the Mat program it's saved my life!!
I had a terrible experience with this practice and the NP provider Latasha McVey. This company has misleading information on their website regarding the type of testing/evaluation they provide. I was given dishonest information regarding the services I would be provided, and regarding follow up care by the provider herself. Additionally, I was not told until I drove over an hour to my appointment that the provider would not be present in person, but rather it would be through telehealth, which I do not prefer. I was at freeman recovery and was able to see the wonderful doctors and and psychiatrist and therapists and nurse practitioners and nurses at Freeman health and to say that they are amazing is a understatement they truly care and they show that they're not there just for a job I have since left Freeman and moved three and a half hours away and I still continue to use them for my psychiatrist because I know that they actually care and want the best for me when I could easily find someone closer but I continue to use Freeman h... read more
My experience as a patient here has been excellent. From the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, I am always treated with respect and many times they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel important. They make things easy for me. I appreciate this business and plan on being here for a long time!
