So far not very impressed with this clinic, we have been billed incorrectly several times. We were billed for a specialist visit when it was primary care, and they even tried to charge us for a physical that is 100% covered by insurance. Beware of this. Staff is pleasant but I will not be returning to this clinic with the billing issues I’ve experienced.
If I could leave no stars I would.... Let me start with the front desk they were amazing the nurse amazing! The "doctor" couldn't even show up to my appointment was RUDE the entire time, and I wish I could get my time I wasted back from going in there. Anyone looking for mental health help look somewhere else cause this place ain't it!!! I left feeling a million times worse about myself and have seriously considered going to a mental hospital after the doctor calling me an addict and a fake. Amber Lee at Freeman Health Partners is amazing! Needed a pcp quick for blood pressure management after preeclampsia, and she has been wonderful. Quick to meet my needs, and I’m happy to have a trustworthy PCP!
This is the best place to get clean and sober. I've been to multiple rehabs but, this place helped me fall in-love with myself and life again. Don't sleep on Freeman. They care.
