Their communication skill are terrible. They never return phone calls. I have had to deal with them on two separate jobs, years apart. And it is the same thing from this company. "Yea, we can do it in a week and half." Three weeks go by with no phone call or anything. Or with the first job they did for me, a guy was working on my shower door and left for the day saying he would be back tomorrow. Guess what, he didnt show the next day or the next day. I am so fed up with Freeman Glass in kingsport! Upon recommendation I called the co. to replace a window seal and was told the owner would call to set up an appt, which they never did. I called back and was told that for a second time....again, no call. 3x's a charm, a nice man came out, took measurements and said it would take 10 business days. I called after 3 weeks and guess what, they lost our paperwork and never bothered to call....... I left a message for the owner to please call back and of course he didn't. I will ne... read more
