Dr. Freeman is awesome. You can actually tell he is not like the new doctors who goes by the book now a days. He has good knowledge and many many years of experience. He did a thorough assessment. On physical assessment itself he suspected i had thyroid problems. Sure enough when the blood test came back i had low thyroid hormones (hypothyroidism). I have searched for a good PCP for a while but he is so far the best i seen and i am satisfied with his care and service. Thank you again Dr. Freeman.
Dr. Freeman is an amazing doctor. Well satisfied with his care and service. I plan to stick with him as long as he is around. He takes his time with his patients and listens to them. Great staff at the front office. Nurse Zee (sorry forgot her full name) is amazing.This is my 3rd doctor this year. Every doctor i been to i was not satisfied with their care. My problem is that they don’t care about your time. I just waited 2 hrs for Dr Freeman. It was a scheduled appointment. The appointment before this I waited over an hour. The lady that schedules appointments is rude, when I suggested they schedule accordingly knowing that Dr Freeman spends more time with his patients she hung up. Not sure if it’s Dr Freeman or the office staff that control the scheduling but you will continue to lose patients when you make them wait for hours with no apology.
