Had a appointment on December 19,23,But couldn’t be seen by Dr Freeman because they said I owed a balance,but not informed until I arrived for the appointment the front desk lady was very rude and said I would have to pay the balance that day which I didn’t have at the time.She went and scheduled a appointment for the following week without my knowledge.Not only was this my three month follow up appointment I was also scheduled to get my yearly flu shot which I missed. because of a balance I wasn’t informed of at the previou... read more
This doctor told me that covid was not that bad and I shouldn't be alarmed by it. Then he up and left without any indication, and left me without a physician for a while. I was his patient for several years and had been leary for a while.
Dr Freeman is a caring, very knowledgeable dr. He is careful to listen to the patient.Best GP I have ever had.
He is patient and kind, answers my questions. He is able to help me get well. He does not judge people and just moves them forward in reaching better health. He has recommended some great specialists for me. Class Act!
What a pleasant experience Very friendly & competent staff...no wait for the Doctor who makes you feel like your best friend & a great listener...highly recommend
Dr. Matthew is a good doctor but his office staff are disrespectful especially his assistant Casey. The staff have an attitude and the lady who bills can never get it right. they have a nasty letter at the window that states they can dismiss you from there practice if you are rude even if its them who are at fault. The first people you see are the staff when they come across rude it puts defenses up for the patient. He needs a new staff, get rid of the rude ones.
