Our water heater, which was about ten years old, started leaking all over the basement floor early one morning. I was really happy when I called Russell Brothers Plumbers and Zachary answered right away. He told me to send him some photos of the water heater, and after I did, he called me back quickly. I can't say enough good things about Russell Brothers Plumbers. We had a bad sewer line backup, and when I called, the receptionist was very friendly and got someone out the same day. Roger, the plumber, even arrived two hours earlier than expected! He was extremely nice and explained every step he was going to take in detail.
