Worst experience. No point of discussing anything with the property manager. Gave me many bills when I left including huge water bill and no active actions from neither or owner's side. They rent extremely bad condition properties on rent and take advantage of people who need houses. Dirty business. They don't even deserve 1 start.
Would never use this real estate again or recommend it to anyone, had a storage unit on river road, turn up with first load to find it dirty and had stuff in it from neighbouring unit. Then when it rained the unit had roughly 4 inch of water go through it and filled with muddy water. After getting everything out of the unit and it dried out I swept it and then blew it out.
