I would have given Freeman Custom homes a higher rating up until my most recent experience with them. Our house was built in 2013 and just recently it was discovered that part of one our showers was not fully waterproofed causing more than $12,000 in repairs and mold remediation. I reported the issue to them and asked that they help resolve the situation because it wouldn’t have been something that we would have known until we visibly saw damage. I’m not even sure where to begin. Started this project last year and it was our first time building a house. From the moment we met Kyle and Liz, they exceeded all expectations. They were honest about pricing and built a quality home.
