First time tractor user/buyer. Jeff was honest, patient and down to earth. Jeff also did not try to sell me options/accessories I would not of really needed along with taking the time to tractor educate me. Delivery person was excellent he was patient with me and went over the whole tractor. Outstanding local dealer.
