Went in to buy a Stihl chainsaw. Waited for long time for anyone to talk through my purchase. Walked out with no asking if they could help me. Went to Ace Hardware Ludington and within minutes had help and service. Ace gave me 5 star service.

Wolf Kubota, and more specifically, Jeff, in sales there did an excellent job and were a joy to work with when buying my RTV. Jeff was personable and communicative while also being professional. I have also used Wolf for service and been very pleased with their prompt and complete work on my tractor.
