My grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and received treatment at this location. At first everything seemed to be going well. Once it was found that her cancer had returned and spread the issues started. Dr Miller and his nurse practitioner Abby both seemed kind and caring at all appointments but when my grandmother was in freeman hospital (directly across the street) there was not one call from anyone in the office to follow up with her. Dr. Carlson and staff are awesome!
Oncologist Dr Shaw was right there with me during chemotherapy BUT when completed and I was only a follow up appointment and cancer prescription He created a hostile Dr Patient relationship and dismissed me without medication and his Director refused any further treatment without ever contacting me or hearing my concerns.
All of my experiences with this clinic has been good. Dr Miller, Brittany, Heather and all the nurses I n the treatment room are the best.
Very caring bunch of outstanding people dealing with the worlds most awful circumstance cancer and still make you feel comfortable&relaxed never a bad experience hats off to the office workers doctors nurses volunteers
