Took two months just for me to have a vehicle that still doesn’t start… and they couldn’t even bother to do a courtesy fill up of even $10 in gas. Left it on the literal E. When I picked up today, I was told I needed a new battery. The reason I even dropped it off was for them to be able to get my car to start again. The cosmetics of it was the last thing on my mind. I literally took the car to them because it wouldn’t start not because of the dent. Got it back and it still wouldn’t start. All of a sudden they knew the problem was the battery but couldn’t tell me that before I left it there for two whole months. I gave them the car with gas and they returned it to me on “E”. Do not come here
Update after car pickup: despite the frustrations listed below, they did a perfect job restoring my car and perfectly matching my notoriously hard to match paint and keeping insurance from totaling my beloved car. So I've revised my rating to reflect this quality of work They have had my car for over 3 months and refuse to give me any possible end date still.
