I am also a tenant with Freeman & Co. I have been a tenant a very very long time with the owners, long before Freeman & Co came along. The same owners that own the property that Roya is at. Roya should have been here before Freeman & Co. came along. A disaster zone. I saw they had their work cut out for them in a huge way - unlike other property managers in this town that just ignore forever, they have always been responsive and jobs are finally getting done! Don't give up Freeman & co. You are appreciated

Not reliable. Once you sign the lease, there is no way to find them. I have leasing contract with Freeman, in the month of 10 I am still waiting for someone to repair the fridge since day one. Also, once I moved into the apartment I realized it was totally a not fair trade for me.

If you’re not a fit they will tell you so, however they don’t just hang up. They listen and go the extra mile to help advise you in your situation. Freeman & Co. was amazing! Their team was so great. We actually really wouldn've never have guessed that we even needed them, and possibly would've been just fine with our properties all on our own, however, they brought it to such a higher level, it was COMPLETELY worth it.
