Horrible experience. I have never been to a Dr that makes a diagnosis from across the room. Absolutely did not hear anything I had to say and assumed I had a false positive ANA test. My bone Dr and my primary Dr wanted testing done because of my severe joint and bone pain and my positive ANA test and he said I think it was a false positive and I need to get more sleep and my breast implants removed. I tried telling him I don't sleep good because of the pain and he said I have pain because I don't sleep good. Ugh !! I felt de... read more
Horrible experience both times I have seen Dr.Jarek! He has absolutely no bedside manners. He does not take the time to listen to you. He makes assumptions without even giving you a chance to tell your symptoms. From reading other reviews I’m not the only one that feels this way. He is very rude and inconsiderate! Freeman should be ashamed to have him as a Physician! I will not be going to back to him and I will not suggest anyone go to Dr.Jarek if you are wanting to be heard!
This is really an odd organization, I've never quite experienced this type of customer service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. You are always required to leave a message and they will get back to you when they get a chance. I guess this is fine for something like an appointment, but, if you're trying to get records in an urgent issue---again, it is impossible to speak with a person---just leave a message. If you're looking for a more human, hands on touch for senior care, I'd look elsewhere.
