Was referred by oncologist for diverticulitis and couldn't get passed the snarky receptionist who was telling me I had to see a nurse practitioner or seek help elsewhere because I wanted to consult with a doctor. Receptionist also told me she was going to reach out to my provider (lije I did something bad or wrong) because I wanted to see a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner "Tiffany George" was impossibly rude. She kept saying "stop talking" every time I tried to tell her something important she needed to know. I wasn't even able to tell her most of what could help them figure out what's wrong with my health. I have a health problem that needs fixed atm, but I'm considering simply keeping my "health problem", and never coming back even if my life depended on it.
I went to the dr office several times with the same complaint .. was given a colonoscopy and endoscopy and then told they wouldn't see me anymore there was nothing they could do.. my reg dr was the one that took me serious and investigate further .. I would not recommend this place.. they do not seem to care.. and was rude at times. so what could of been addressed awhile ago was not and I continued being in pain.. and they are the specialist in this area not my general dr. and now I have to find a new gastrologist to continu... read more
The nurse practitioner that we saw was very condescending and repeatedly Cut me off to say, “if you could just wait a hot minute“ when I was trying to explain my daughter‘s very serious situation. The way that she spoke to both of us was very disrespectful, and although my daughter is going to follow up with Dr. Seidl, whom we’ve heard wonderful things about, we will never see her again.The way we were treated was very unprofessional, rude, and she definitely came in with a god complex. she questioned everything in such a co... read more
Everyone was polite and helpful from getting my appointment to helping after procedure. Follow up with NP was great. She was polite helpful took her time and i was allowed to ask questions without feeling rushed
