Unprofessional service and staff
Worst place to ever go to for help. Unreliable and full of stuck up Karen's. Sorry not sorry. Its not hard to be kind to someone and not talk to them condescendingly. Freeman maybe work on your people and managers over here first instead of the medical workers that work blood sweat and tears over at the hospital while these people just sit and hold a position while doing nothing.
I've never had a bad experience here. They've always worked with me on my bills that I've owed the hospital and various doctors.
