Freeman Automotive is the real deal when it comes to Euro cars. Super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I own a dealership in Rome, GA and I’ll literally drive out there anytime I need something done right. That’s how much I trust these guys. They know what they’re doing and always take care of us. If you’ve got a European car, I highly recommend them. Definitely some of the best in the game. — Wes
I went to Mercedes Benz because my engine light was on in Marietta and they quoted me 12k in repairs right as I was preparing to pay it off but I got a second opinion here they saved me 10k the overhead at the Benz dealership is way too expensive and this shop will continue to get my business because they care about my budget
I left my car at this shop for 5 months, called in every 2 weeks for an update and I was told they would get to it over and over. weeks and months pass at this point, they finally tell me they cannot fix the vehicle. When I come to pick up the vehicle there is damage underneath the car where it looks like a car jack would have been. I have pictures to prove this happened at the shop and instead of them helping me to fix the damage they told me I owe them for a storage fee while my car sat there.
