I left my car at this shop for 5 months, called in every 2 weeks for an update and I was told they would get to it over and over. weeks and months pass at this point, they finally tell me they cannot fix the vehicle. When I come to pick up the vehicle there is damage underneath the car where it looks like a car jack would have been. I have pictures to prove this happened at the shop and instead of them helping me to fix the damage they told me I owe them for a storage fee while my car sat there. Today is September 22, 2025. I had taken my car there this morning. I expected to see John Freeman and receive the same great service that I’ve gotten in the past. It was to my surprise and deep sadness that I learned that he’s no longer with us.😢 The way his staff picked up the slack and continuing the legacy of great customer service and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Freeman Service always does good work and provides excellent service. The mechanic team is extremely qualified and capable. I have always been very satisfied over many years.
