Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with a smile. Would definitely recommend them!
Had my car there for a minor cosmetic repair (that turned out to be quite costly for the other driver's insurance company). The team were informative (very), professional, and friendly. They were accommodating and kept active communication through the automated text feature as well as personalized calls, etc. The repairs look great. Thank you for a positive experience.
Freeman (Jesse in particular) has been extraordinarily helpful and informative in navigating body repair concerns. Always willing to go above and beyond and take the time to be sure I have a solid understanding of the options and the process.
I have bought two cars from Freeman Toyota, I recently had a friend who need an auto bodywork for his Chevy pick up truck. He was finding a hard time finding an Auto Body Shop that he felt comfortable with. I told him about my experiences with the dealership and the collision center. He took his truck in to be repaired, and had nothing but good things to say about his experience. They we're honest, and they got the truck done in a reasonable amount of time using really good parts. He was very happy. Thank you Freeman.
