Had my car towed to their shop as they had previously done work on it (They fixed a misfire). After getting it back it wouldn't rev past 3k rpm which was NOT a prior issue. Told the owner I said: "let me know what the estimate is before doing any work" (as I was short on cash) He said: "will do". A week goes by and he calls, says the car is ready and it's $600.
