I've been waiting on the director to return my call... I'm not impressed with how my dad was treated... he has liver failure & several other health issues & they basically said he was fine when he was literally drowning in fluid & struggling to breathe!!! He spent a wk in the hospital & had to have fluid removed from his lung & stomach & the emts basically told him he was fine... if my uncle hadn't got him to the hospital, he would of died!!! I had a heart attack on 7-1-23 in my opinion the attendent and driver new everything to do and carried out their duties very professional. I give credit to my Lord and Savior for my survival but I know that it was because of the knowledge that he gave these two Gentlemen that I am alive to enjoy another day in his Grace and Mercy.I don't know their names but I am sure glad they are the ones on call that morning.

The EMT's are rude and don't like to take elderly people to the hospital.
There was a male who was driving in ambulance #10 on September 1st, who was tailgating sooo close to my vehicle that I couldn’t even see his lights. Going within the speed limit and he decided to speed. Very unprofessional.
