Our space is specially designed for Functional Fitness, Yoga, Meditation and Healing Modalities. On behalf of the many residents who live nearby (and above), please turn down the volume of your studio music and female instructor's headset -- all of Palm Beach doesn't need to hear you instruct a class, let alone be awoken at 5:30 a.m. to a female instructor (who apparently loves the sound of her own voice), screaming through a microphone. Fun, strong and motivating classes, epic teachers and a beautiful setting.
Where can you find everything in one class ! You can here the instructors are amazing with combining Pilates strength cardio yoga all in one routine. You will definitely feel leaving the warm cozy studio like you did a awesome workout . Most of all the girls really assist you in your fitness goals .
