Their friendly service, attention to detail, and prompt communication made me feel confident and supported every step of the way.
If I could leave zero stars I would! We had a commercial policy for almost 1 1/2 years. The first year was great but the second year was terrible. We got a new truck and called the same day to get it added. We thought it was added but come to find out it never was!! And the only reason we found out was because the new truck was in an accident and when we tried to run through our insurance we were told that vehicle was not covered because it was not added.
