I had an amazing day hike with Sara and 8 others on her first 'For Locals'' hike through the Royal National Park last week. I had been through RNP a couple times before but not the trail we ended up taking. The hike was breathtaking and it was a great full day out. Sara paced the day well and had thought of everything - morning tea, the option to have lunch provided, even a first aid kit (thanks for the hiker's wool when I needed it Sara haha). I was lucky enough to join a group walk with Sarah in the Royal National Park. Sarah is thoughtful and knowledgeable and she was able to provide interesting information without disrupting the hike unnecessarily. It was a pleasure to be led by Sarah on this walk - she is an outstanding guide.
I had such a great time with Sara and the group. Sara took us to a succession of beautiful tracks in the Blue Mountains, I had never seen so many waterfalls at once and would have been lost without her! Everyone in the group was in the same mindset and it was great to interact with other "adventurers"! Morning tea and lunch she had for us where a delight... It's great to go on an adventure and be totally peace of mind, I was able to focus on the living the moment and truly disconnect. I can't wait for the next one!
