Johnny in service was great! Took care of the issues I came in with and talked me through what was wrong. Very helpful and professional all around!
So I visited Freeland Chev for a routine maintenance and bc I didn’t want to buy new tires or get extra services when the door wasn’t closed the technician Kevin talked about me like a DOG!!! I bought my first car there and have been servicing my vehicles there for years I did approach him and let him know that I heard EVERYTHING he said and after licking open wounds and listening to his wack apology the svc mgr who sold me my 1st car came out and very nonchalantly said I am so sorry you had to experience that. Wonderful! Came in for a recall (I had to reschedule a few times unfortunately do to me being so busy at work) I finally just called & asked if I could just drop my vehicle when I got a chance to get away from work. They said absolutely. Finally was able to get over there, walked in & spoke with Kevin. He welcomed me in so warmly, a very kind man.
