Usually, I don’t like dealing with dealerships when it comes to servicing vehicles because of price, but this dealership was able to figure out our problem very quickly get us in and get the vehicle fixed in a timely matter, and the price was on par with all other shops for the service. I would highly recommend them or at least getting a quote from them before looking at other smaller shops.
Could not be happier. My car was having an issue, and was diagnosed by my local mechanic for me as a transmission issue that should be covered by warranty, even though my car is 4 years old. He suggested Freeland over a dealership that was closer, because of the favorable reviews he had received from customers, so I called them to make an appointment. Frank, my service advisor, helped me from the moment he answered the phone, and I could not be happier. My problem was of a specialized nature, and a bit difficult to diagnose.... read more
