I came for an oil change with tire rotation as well. All were done for me without any hitches. The man at the desk, Frank, informed me of several things I should have done to my vehicle. I declined, for now. I have been paying roughly $75 for both services. Imagine my surprise when my bill was $115! I checked my receipt over once I was in my car. I'm not sure if the price has gone up, or what. I will now need to begin checking other places as this seemed pretty pricey to me.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Frank, and we cannot express enough how amazing his service was from the very beginning. From the moment we started talking to him, he truly listened to our concerns, and more importantly, he understood the stress and frustration we were going through due to ongoing issues with our car. I had several issues: 1) I made the reservation on my GMC app, but the dealership didn't seem to know about it, 2) the dealership didn't have a record of my prepurchased oil changes, and 3) my car smelled like gas when I got in it like someone that drove it had it all over their clothes. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend using Freeland service if there were any other options available.
