I’ve always brought my Suburban here for service, but this time, the oil change and tire rotation were not handled properly. My car was driving perfectly fine before, but after the tire rotation, it now pulls to the right and left. When I called them, they simply said they could do an alignment for $140 plus tax. I expected the service department to take responsibility and find a solution, but instead, they just want to charge me more. I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was really disappointing.
