I scheduled an appointment with David Freel and he said he would be at my house at 8:30 this morning. At 8:40 I got a phone call from him telling me one of his electricians called out sick so he wouldn’t be able to make it today and would I like to reschedule. I’m sure that electrician didn’t call out at 8:40 and if he did, David would’ve already been on site to give me the estimate on the job that he said he would. Freel & Sons did my outdoor landscape project in 2021. Progress of the outdoor kitchen was held up because Dave was often MIA. Dave sent different people to my house who were not briefed properly on expectations so they wound up wiring the project wrong. Poor communication through the entire project. Trusted Dave completed the project when I was in the hospital and paid him in full. When I returned home I realized he missed steps.
