This place is going here for many different times of my life. I've had multiple Nissans. My girlfriend had two Nissans as well. Service is always good. It's always quick and we k is definitely the best service provided there. He gets things done promptly efficiently and done right
Appointment is a must, but they move very quickly. There is so much chair space for everyone. Highly recommended for service to all Nissan vehicles
I’ve been coming to this dealership to get my car serviced for the past 6 years. Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would be ~80 for the tire rotation and oil change which I agreed to. When I received the recommended services link, the oil change and rotation came out to $120. I texted with the dealership telling them what was agreed to during drop off. They said the price will be adjusted when I pick up the car. I got a Nissan coupon for a $39.99 oil and filter change, great! So I took my car in to the shop and I am incredibly disappointed with what happened. 1. They told us less the an hour and a half for the oil change (I had an appointment) and it took almost three hours 2. They charged us an extra $7 dollars in service fees 3. They didn’t put the cover on after changed the oil and I had to drive all the way back to get it fixed If I could give zero stars I would -2/10
