Went for service was supposed to be 1.5 hours, just for oil change and tire rotation., well over 2 hours later still no car. They TEXT you if you want additional services preformed. REALLY!!! Internet access not secure, barely works, what is the purpose of the “service advisor”. Clearly does not advise on anything, actually doesn’t even have a clue what is going on with the car. I had a great experience with the service center at Raceway Nissan of Freehold. A huge thank you to Jr Maglio for being so attentive, professional, and helpful! I came in with a problem with one of my wheels, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I waited only about an hour and was able to leave with my car. I really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Jr, and the entire service team! I highly recommend Raceway Nissan of Freehold.
Went in for service covered by warranty. They sent email with 3 other service suggestions. The car had 4k miles since I bought it so I questioned service advisor. He said “it’s been 9 months so you still need it.” I agreed. I got called car was done but when I arrived, the “other services” weren’t done AND they had to order the warranted part. I was willing to sit and wait for the oil change and go back the next day, guaranteed a loaner again. Next day, no loaner… I waited. He couldn’t produce a receipt and gave a tech excus... read more
