I prefer the Nissan dealership over my corner mechanic, even if the prices are higher. The dealership provides a warranty and great transparency, including video walk-throughs of my car’s repairs. My local mechanic is cheaper, but he doesn't show the same level of care. I’d rather pay more for the safety and professionalism of a team that actually values my business. Thank you Nissan
I still got another cheating from this dealer. I bought my Nissan Rouge in 2023 and only have around 13,000 miles on it. I also have a warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles for oil change and services. However, their service department already charged for an oil change of my second service at 10,000 miles. I had an argument for the first charged at 5,000 miles service, now the second service I still have to pay because they said I my warranty was expired.
