I was treated horribly and felt humiliated by owners wife. The owners wife works in the office (Russian accent).She is unbelievably rude. Not only was my order never completed, but she told me my order was a "small $30 order and she will just give me my money back". She said she had another potential sale, holding on the phone line and she did not want to waste her time with me and my $30 order. Great glass store! Used them to cut glass for my basement projects. Lots of friendly staff, orders taken by phone, quick to cut the glass you need, and perfect proportions as ordered. Would highly recommend them for any glass needs. They do frames and also cut specific pieces of glass. I used them for shelves, and they came great and rounded the corners nicely too. Prices are fair for the products.
Excellent Glass Company This store cuts glass to order, and most times can turn it around in lightning speed with excellent quality and affordable pricing. Very friendly staff. Prompt with their product completion. Most times you must pick it up in the store. They do take phone orders if you have the specifications and know what you want, too. I would highly recommend that you use them for your glass and mirror needs, as you won't be disappointed!
