DO NOT GO THERE!! I am writing this review on behalf of a family member. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They were the rudest, most unprofessional office. The only helpful and compassionate office member was Sonia. My family member and his girlfriend were extremely belittled. They were spoken to like they were children. My name is Murad Osman. I was seen today by a very talented and gifted dentist, well educated, highly intelligent, and super polite, Dr. Sami. She was attentive and went above and beyond for me. I would like to thank her for her time, effort and help. She's an asset to the dentistry industry. All dentists should be proud to work with her. If I could give her a zillion stars 🌟 I would. A+
Very bad experience every time I go there literally no communication between providers and staff took almost 3 weeks to get a simple task accomplished always very frustrating to go there
Staff was incompetent. Doctors and nurses were rude. Scheduled my appointment over a month in advance and they canceled it and rescheduled for the wrong doctor and wrong appointment. Charged my insurance and I wasn’t even seen. Please do not waste your time at this doctors office
One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical doctor. I’ve had to call the office countless times because they constantly leave out information like medical history when communicating with my insurance. They also do not send prior authorization at all for my medication. I feel this office discriminates against people who need prescriptions like Ozempic or other glp 1s because many other people have the same problem in the reviews!!
