One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical doctor. I’ve had to call the office countless times because they constantly leave out information like medical history when communicating with my insurance. They also do not send prior authorization at all for my medication. I feel this office discriminates against people who need prescriptions like Ozempic or other glp 1s because many other people have the same problem in the reviews!! You will wait 3-4 weeks for a prior authorization to get done. Begging the office and nurses to help assist with this is embarrassing. Now having this happen round two, no medication for two months. Searching for a new doctor as we speak I can’t continue to live like this. This isn’t the only poor experience I’ve had either. I once was told my appt was running 1 hour late and to wait. This is the absolute worst place to come. If you care about your health and and finances (because this place will incorrectly file your bills) avoid this location. Our billing was incorrectly filed and we’ve been bounced between this location and the asbury park location for months now. When we try to contact or talk to anyone in this practice they immediately say they cannot help because billing is not in this location. Customer service line? If I could give this place a zero rating, I would. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. First of all, the practitioner nurse walked into the room with a translator on a call, assuming that my daughter and I didn’t speak English. They didn’t even ask if we needed one. When I asked why they didn’t ask first, they got upset and said that she had only 20 minutes to see my daughter.
