I’ve been a customer with unlimited service for 17 years. !!!! Never had an issue , maybe here and there some minor issues but nothing major. We just had a large party with 80 people in our backyard. We put out 5 extra bags of garbage outside our two cans. Garbage was picked up but bags were left behind . I had called customer service and asked how come with unlimited service those extra bags weren’t picked up. I was told only 3-4 extra bags can be left on the side of the curb … it makes no sense to me to pay extra money for... read more
