They deal with their clients very badly. I wonder how they cope up with business with the kind of service they give.
The designs and manufacturing process seemed good enough, but the deliveries were not on time. The customer service was also quite bad.
They had the worst product support team. The person I was talking to was not knowledge at all and thought I was dumb. It wasn't an experience I would wish anyone to face. Truly disappointed!
