NEVER WORK WITH THEM! Worst experience I ever had! We paid money for the initial set up of our company in their system, we paid for accounting reports for the 3 first months of the year. Then they billed us for April and May. But after many reminders and messages, we only got May reporting in full but still without inventory included. That’s all they did! They have this high rating for a reason. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with beautiful smiles by the girls in the front. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. This is customer service at it's best! I will never ever do my taxes again, this is my go-to place for now on.
We had to have our taxes from 2016 amended and Robert at FREEDOMTAX helped us immensely. I will never attempt my taxes on my own again it's freedom tax all the way for us from now on!
