John came out to clean the chimney for my home which I recently purchased. I could tell that the chimney filthy! He mentioned that it didn't look like my chimney had been cleaned in at least several years. I watched what John was dong through the entire process which took about an hour. Besides all the normal cleaning steps, I could see that John was very carful and thorough!
