Dr. Jacob is amazing! She really went above and beyond for me when I was in a lot of pain. She took my situation seriously, got things moving quickly, and made sure I got the care I needed without delay. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast everything came together, from getting tests done to being seen by the right specialist. She’s caring, attentive, and truly on top of things. I’m so grateful to have her as our family doctor!
In my many years, I’ve had multiple primary care doctors, but by far, Dr Jacob is without doubt, the best. She listens to my concerns, my issues and my thoughts and repeats what she hears to ensure we’re on the same page. Most of all, she is knowledgable, compassionate, kind and thorough and takes the time to explain what I might experience or expect before and after any treatment. Michele W
