Booked a jet ski for an hour, we paid in advance online. He took our payment and never showed up to the appointment. We called multiple times to try and touch base and confirm location. He refused to answer our calls. Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent.
Awful business practices, cancelled my appointment more than 24 hours in advance and still charged me a cancellation fee even though it’s stated other wise on their website. Guy who works the phone is very unprofessional and doesn’t have the customers best interest in mind, only his wallet.

if i could leave 0 stars. i would. beau was the most unpleasant human being i have ever met. he was rude to my friends and i and didn't not listen to us. all he said was "i can do whatever. i own the company."
Booked a surprise for my husband and his friends. Three single jet skis for an hour. They company let them get all the way there and then let them know that they were down to 1 jet ski. They offered to let them ride one at a time. The point was for them to all ride together. They could have given us prior notice, so they wouldn't waste our time.
