Have recently had minor issues with juices tasted a bit off, as though they were losing flavor. Went in to buy a battery today, and was sold one that was marked on the side of the battery itself that sale for use in e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited. When I went in to return the item I was told that not only do ALL of the batteries of this particular type have this warning stamped on the side, but that it's apparently not an issue in any way. Went there to get a custom box they told me they could do it and they never got around to it every time I asked them about it worst experience ever at a vape shop horrible customer service had to go somewhere else to get a new box.

I've been shopping at freedom Vale for over a year now and they have always answered any questions I have and helped me any way they can especially when my charger port broke and they gave me a portable battery charger for free! You guys rock!

Thanks to Freedom Vape, I have been cigarette free since May. They always have great customer service and are very helpful with anything you need. Its a great place to go, hang out and vape. They have great flavors and really know their stuff! I highly recommend them!
I went to visit this store for the first time today. The hours of operation listed on this site as well as the store's doors say 1 pm-5 pm on Sunday. I even called around 3 pm to see if they had the product I wanted. The lady on the phone also reminded me that they close at 5. Well I got there just before 4:40 pm, and the lights were off and the doors were locked. I can understand sometimes closing a few minutes early, but closing the store over 20 minutes early is a little ridiculous. I don't know if I will ever try to shop... read more
