Drove all the way here and arrived at 8:20pm, and the doors are locked. Online and on the door it says they close at 9:00pm with hours updated two weeks ago
I came in as a walk-in needing nausea medicine for pregnancy because I hadn’t been able to get in with my provider yet. It was later in the evening. I only had to wait maybe an hour, and the staff was so friendly and helpful from the receptionist, nurse, and doctor. Wish I would have gotten their names to mention them! But if the rest of the staff are anything like the three I seen, then this is the urgent care I would choose everytime!
This is my favorite urgent care ever! Arlene checked me in promptly and was very sweet! Kyla was my MA and she was absolutely amazing! A joy for someone who’s naturally anxious she created a calming environment for me and was extremely reassuring. Michael was my provider and he was an absolute blessing. He listened and addressed EVERY concern. Talked to me about my treatment plan and allowed me to express my opinions and the route of medications I’d like to take. Highly recommend!
