The door says no appointment necessary. We walk in and the receptionist tells us we need an appointment and the next appointment isn’t for two and half hours. Fingers sliced open and bleeding and she wouldn’t do anything. I said is there a priority list? She said no, they treat everyone as urgent and based on appointment. The WS young location is much friendlier and better than this clear creek location.
This place is soooooo amazing. The staff is so professional and caring. The place is super clean. The Doctor was so understanding. She took the time to listen to me.
Everyone was truly very friendly and helpful. My NP was the best. She helped me with my issue and explained everything she was doing and then helped me with getting referrals to doctors that take my insurance.
This is the best clinic in Killeen . Greeter with a smile and didn’t feel like we were irritating them just by walking in , and they have to axctually work , as in some other places . Nurses and Dr. professional and friendly . Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Treated with care .
