This is our neighborhood clinic. Don’t usually do reviews, but I had been this clinic multiple times and I think it’s about time to give them a review. Front desk staff sometimes they are friendly and sometimes they’re not but for my experience with this clinic is not bad and the doctors are always very friendly so I will still give them I just don’t rate on one person but overall staff. Been here twice at different times first time was turned away for VA I surface issues. Second time I was ignored was a chemical splash in my eye.
Got there before my appointment and all the walk ins after me got called before we did. Will not return very unprofessional.
There are no physician there that will see patients just a PA..and even that they have an X-ray machine the are no immediate results my wife when there for a possible Pneumonia PA ordered a torax X-rays and after that He told my wife that he can not read a X-ray and the examen will sent to radiology but three days has been past and not results of the x-ray..Medical.services incomplete lack of professionals and bad management.
Used to love coming in for quick appointments. Past couple of times we’ve come, wait time has been ridiculous and staff is very slow. I made an appt and have waited for over an hour . What is the point of making an appointment just to wait that long?!
