The worst company I ever had to deal with
Rude rude rude. Trying to get information about medical transport rides, was told where I live has a "special time table" But it doesn't seem to exist to be mailed or emailed, no, I have to jot it down on a piece of paper while I'm out and about and hope like hell I dont lose it before I get home. Lady on the phone wouldn't even identify herself which is a HUGE red flag because from what I've seen, it means she's probably already been reprimanded multiple times and was afraid of yet ANOTHER complaint.
Get rid of this worthless bus system, there giving such a large amount of money, and they don't cover nearly enough territory, totally useless
