I don't know who the two women I talked to around 1:30 on 10/09, I am a disabled person without a license or any other means of transportation. I applied for your free ride program while at The City Mission. The first one said something about since I'm close to the bus line that I just need to take the regular bus, but since I didn't know that she would make an exception. That's unheard of. The worst company I ever had to deal with
Rude rude rude. Trying to get information about medical transport rides, was told where I live has a "special time table" But it doesn't seem to exist to be mailed or emailed, no, I have to jot it down on a piece of paper while I'm out and about and hope like hell I dont lose it before I get home. Lady on the phone wouldn't even identify herself which is a HUGE red flag because from what I've seen, it means she's probably already been reprimanded multiple times and was afraid of yet ANOTHER complaint.
