Rude rude rude. Trying to get information about medical transport rides, was told where I live has a "special time table" But it doesn't seem to exist to be mailed or emailed, no, I have to jot it down on a piece of paper while I'm out and about and hope like hell I dont lose it before I get home. Lady on the phone wouldn't even identify herself which is a HUGE red flag because from what I've seen, it means she's probably already been reprimanded multiple times and was afraid of yet ANOTHER complaint.
Get rid of this worthless bus system, there giving such a large amount of money, and they don't cover nearly enough territory, totally useless
Not sure if they intend to hire rude customer service .....or if customer service is lost in current times ....but rarely do I get someone answering the phone that can answer a question let alone be friendly in having no clue!!
Be warned. If you use their bus service, even for medical appointments, you won't get there on time. They don't care and even after I asked to be taken home and they are making me ride all over. After missing my doctor's appointment 2 times in a week, I'm done!!! I am hearing this same complaint from people I talk to at doctor offices. So they have not done anything to change it.
