Everyone is really nice, but Roxanne is awesome went out of her way... Excellent customer service. Love this place would recommend to everyone.
Very, very disappointed. Was recommended by a friend, but trying to get a refill on my prescription is impossible. They don’t respond to mail order pharmacy requests, they don’t respond to messages submitted in patient portal, and don’t respond to voicemails left. When you call, you’re rudely placed on hold then told the Dr hasn’t written a script you got for over a year from him even when you’re holding the Rx bottle with Dr Hartmans name clearly on it.
