James is extremely pushy. He loves to harass several times on a daily basis and is very intimidating. Ever since I returned from abroad I've been snowed under with 12 hour shifts extending to 15 hours very often. I have to leave everything my locker before I start my hectic shifts. I received a call from someone name is James from freedom to insure and explained about the option for life insurance. He explained the option and he came back with options after he got all my medical condition and etc.. I told him I need to think about it and ask my other colleagues and the check the review and etc.. he told me why I need to. At least 4 phone calls + 4 to 5 emails and messages a day! Harassing and a nuisance company so avoid. I was going to get insurance with them but not now
