I am a Mortgage Lender and use Freedom Title for all of my Refinance Clients. I have always had a great experience with Freedom Title and their flexibility to schedule the closings (meeting the Clients availability) is great. I've never had an issue with any closings.
I closed with them a few weeks ago and they did a great job thumbs up
Wow! Freedom title, taking money from their customers. I had two credits through my seller to fix things within my home. Had issues with both through freedom title. I was suppose to have 700.00 to repair gas lines and water heater, when I went to retrieve the funds they said it was issued back to the seller. They were not able to provide proof of this, recalled their statement and said that instead there was never a credit that they were to just pay the inspection of the water heater (like that costs 700.00).
