Absolutely wonderful experience. Our tax preparer was polite, helpful, and efficient. She answered all our questions, talked us through deductions, and gave us great advice on our withholding. For context, we had a relatively simple tax return with some freelance work and retirement accounts. It was a bit more complicated than we wanted to deal with. This was worth the money!
