This tax office is so hard to get in touch with! I have been calling about my refund and sending messages but no reply!! I’m suppose to receive refund soon. They won’t even answer the phone about my refund. Never again

They put my wages in wrong so I have to send a amendment. & when I called for my W2 whatever lady tried to do it on the computer and saying now I owe .. when my job reported I made more wages than freedom put

My daughter went in for an estimate and was told Mr Allen was needed for something that he would call her with an estimate. Well more than a month later she went to file and was told she was already filed. Freedom tax filed anyways and charged her 1154.00. She didn't even know what her refund was or filing date or anything!!!!!! This is a crooked place. A business is professional and this is evidence otherwise. Better business Bureau has been contacted and complaint filed. Also IRS has been notified, and complaint filed
