still waiting after two months for the rug I've order I've emailed you freedom i hope for you sake you respond back to me today as i have my details ready to take you to ACCC ! YOUR SELLING ITEMS YOU ACTUALLY CANNOT GET IN STOCK and to update got initial email and then no response at all after i emails twice guess ill be now submitting my issue to ACCC.

I'm taking Freedom Furniture to VCAT. Easy process. If anyone wants to avoid paying for the ASIC search please reach out. I have it. Just to be clear the 'Independant' contractor who assessed my furniture runs his own furniture business and Freedom have stocked a range of his bedheads. He was also a former employee.
Disappointment! A faulty product and your service is something else!!! Your staff really don't care about the inconvenience or frustration when your lounge falls apart! After being told I had to wait two months for a replacement cushion cover for my lounge so that the manufacturer could match the material I then received an email stating my order request wasn't processed due to a system error.
