They are alright doing minor damage! But stay away with major work because my 2016 ford was totaled and should have been totaled but these clowns told me, my Allstate insurance wouldn’t let them totaled it. They couldn’t fix the damages so they left bolts loose on the control arms. I took it back they said! I was crazy they don’t leave bolt loose. And wouldn’t even check it out, I went home and tighten bolts, then when I back it, turning the steering wheel to the right back up it made a terrible sounds the driver side wheel ... read more
Great experience! I got a paint job and fixed a few dings and whatnot. It took a little longer than they had originally said but it was worth the wait! The people there were amazingly professional and very nice people.

If anyone is trying to decide if their car fixed at this shop, your best option is to get as far away from them as possible. This shop is unprofessional with a bad manager (?). Earlier this year, I contacted Freedom Super Body Shop to get my drivers side door repaired and they helped me set up a date to get my car fixed. When I had given my car to them, they had decided they had to replace my door entirely due to “extra damage”, which I was okay with.
