I rented a storage unit for freedom storage, and I have to say one of the worst units I’ve ever rented from. I had no problem with getting in touch with them about paying them but when I found that all my sons baby items and cloths had rat urien and poop all over along with on my couch and holes in it as well , also my TVs where ruined from there until getting water and moisture in them when they are supposed to be weather sealed but are not so now they won’t answer at all and don’t care very disappointed..
