terrible customer service. I called numerous times and left voicemails as I could not get into my account and wanted to cancel and did not receive a response. Finally was able to figure it out on my own but am being charged another month due to not cancelling 30 days before the following month. The units are also poorly maintained, our unit leaked throughout the entire back of the unit and luckily we caught it before our items were damaged.
Accidentally booked one of their storage units which was hours away from my home. Called several times in the beginning but went to voicemail with no call back. Eventually got in touch with the woman and I explained the situation and asked for a refund. She said she would call me back. She never did. Didn't need a refund but youd think she would have canceled the reoccurring payments with me saying I don't need the storage unit because I literally cant freaking use it.
