Manger was knowledgeable, phones were down showed up in person and was very accommodating, storage unit is nice, secure, quiet and safe!
I have had a unit here for years and keeps going further downhill since ownership changed. Gate is broken often, I've had snakes and mice in my unit. Mice chewed up several items over the last few months and had to spend hours clearing mouse poop. The dirt lot darn needs 4 wheel drive. And I don't know what they are storing back on the dirt, but the vehicles don't look like they could move even if you wanted them to. Prices also keep going up. Amazing customer service and great truck
Overall, I was very satisfied with this storage location. I stored items here for a little over two years, including the period when it transitioned to being a U-Haul–operated facility. The area feels secure, and the staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The only real downside is dust. Things inside the unit do get very dusty—but this is Pueblo West, and this is an outdoor storage facility, so that’s honestly to be expected.
