Issues with the maintenance guy. He was mowing the weeds with no gaurd on mower. Throwing debris, rocks, metal at mine and my coworker vehicles. Hopefully a manger can reach out to me
DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT. Ive rented 2 units from this location. Been locked out twice. Both times it was assumed to be me at fault. Both times ive had to physically drive to their store location because not only did my code not work, their employees disabled the phone so it gets forwarded to a call center. Both times i was expected to wait for a manager and had to get an employee to open the gate for me. even the customer service rep couldn't get ahold of the actual store responsible. Absolute garbage.
