Working with Freedom Stairlifts was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. I had many, many questions and they were easy to get hold of, answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. Once we made a final decision to use Freedom the process was quick and easy. It was less than a week from the time they came to measure to the time of installation. I highly recommend them. Many thanks to Xavier, Noel and Wilkins!! I contacted Freedom stairlifts for a service call because the company that I bought the stairlift from Stairglide NY never returned my calls. I tried several times even went to there office and spoke to his secretary and she told me to leave a message but the owner never got back to me. Thank you Freedom Stairlifts for helping me when no one else would. I highly recommend this company!!
