It is extremely stressful when the time comes for you to accept that you need assistance in your daily life. This is further complicated by the search for what you need. Working with Freedom Stairlifts was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. I had many, many questions and they were easy to get hold of, answered all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. Once we made a final decision to use Freedom the process was quick and easy. It was less than a week from the time they came to measure to the time of installation. I highly recommend them. Many thanks to Xavier, Noel and Wilkins!! Life will be much easier for my father once he returns home from rehab.

I contacted Freedom stairlifts for a service call because the company that I bought the stairlift from Stairglide NY never returned my calls. I tried several times even went to there office and spoke to his secretary and she told me to leave a message but the owner never got back to me. Thank you Freedom Stairlifts for helping me when no one else would. I highly recommend this company!!
