STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I’ve been a state licensed contractor for 20+ years and NEVER TREATED A CLIENT LIKE THIS. I’ve been waiting for 5 MONTHS for this project to be completed. I keep getting updates from April and another company rep. Cheyenne that MEAN NOTHING, lies and faults statements. I have had several things come up and all the reps made every effort over and above to take care of me. Kyle W**** in particular has gone out of his way to keep me informed and updated on the progress. It has been a process and Kyle has been more than helpful. He is a great example of what customer service and public relations should be.

We received a solicitation phone call for Solar Panels. My husband agreed to having a representative come to explain and give us a quote. Even though we had NOT made a decision to go with Solar, the representative asked for my husband’s SS #, his Drivers License #, his income and other personal information, saying that they needed to do a credit report. Liars, liars, liars... They promise to upgrade existing panel to new one - came out down grade the old one. They promise production measurement every 15 minutes in a real time- came out I do not see production for weeks. They promise I will see production by each inverter- came out never happened. This company has sucked the whole way through. I can't even begin to explain how furious I am with these guys. Horrible customer service experience. Poor customer solution. I am so glad I do not work with them any more. Took months to resolve an issue but they are real quick to sign you up.

Under contract with 1st ******** for SunPower system. Freedom Solar under cut the price by over $1,000. Once I was under contract I was told that to run the conduit from the solar panels to the power panel thru the attic which is a shorter, more direct route, protected from the weather, than running around the house on the outside, I would have to pay $1,200 extra. I have a new house, 1 story with a typical peaked roof. Lots of room in the attic. Had to cancel the contract which they seemed eager to do. Left me feeling like ... read more

We are very happy with the service. They pay attention to detail, showed us how to use the system online and were very helpful with answering questions. Also, Erica and Chang were very helpful and professional; whenever we had a question they were prompt with their responses. The company overall did a great job!
